Electronic Bible Courseware to be Used to Certify Teachers, Administrators

CHICAGO-Moody Distance Learning Center (MDLC) recently announced that its AM Bible Courseware has been approved by the Association of Christian Schools International (ACSI) to provide continuing education and certification for its 45,000-plus teachers and administrators.

AM Bible Courseware is electronic and available to learners on a personal computer. Aptly named AM (Anytime, Anywhere, Anyone, Moody), the courseware comprises 32 MDLC courses covering Old Testament, New Testament, and ministry and leadership topics. It was produced in conjunction with Logos Bible Software, publisher of multilingual Bible software.

"The purpose of the ACSI certification program is to provide qualified Christian school educators with professional credentials, and it is required for ACSI school accreditation," says Bob Hodges, ACSI certification supervisor...
