The Logos Academic Discount Program is designed to make a core library of electronic books available through an affordable educational discount program. Schools appreciate the program because it is both economical and desirable for students to purchase their own software. Students love it because they get the software at the deepest discount possible and are able to take a valuable theological library with them when they leave school and start a lifetime of ministry...or continue their academic pursuits!

The Academic Discount Program offers enormous discounts to participants, along with an optional payment plan to make the software even more affordable.
Academic Program is easy to offer, even for a busy faculty or staff member. It is designed along the lines of a major medical program in that it relies on "enrollment windows" as an efficient way to administer student purchases and minimize administrative overhead.
The contact person simply makes the campus aware of the program and verifies participant enrollment status. Participants sign up on a co-branded school/Logos website and the contact person verifies student status. Logos even provides a template for an e-mail and flier the contact person can send to students and post on the school’s website.

Key elements to Logos Group Enrollment
Since the educational discounts represent the deepest discounts available on Logos products, they are strictly reserved for qualifying candidates only.
Who Qualifies?
Degree seeking students, faculty and staff may take advantage of academic discounts. Students required to purchase the software for a class or as part of their degree may qualify for an even deeper discount. Part-time, non-degree seeking students, part-time staff, distance-ed students, and alumni may purchase at a lesser discount. Schools must verify the status of each participant.
Enrollment Windows
In order to control the costs and administrative overhead of group enrollment, educational discounts will be made available only during specific enrollment windows each academic term. Enrollment windows will typically last two weeks, during which time all orders will be submitted, validated by the school’s designated representative and processed by Logos. Schools will be able to work with Logos to schedule the most convenient dates for their enrollment windows, based on the school's academic calendar .
Payment Plan
Logos can receive payment directly from the individual. Logos offers participants a payment plan which allows payments to spread out over as many as 8 months. There is a $5.00 service charge per month for payment plans. The intent is to allow participants to reduce payments to a range similar to that for required texts. Participants desiring to pay in installments must pay via credit or debit card. Those wishing to purchase by check must pay in full.
Participating institutions may also send payment on behalf of participants. Logos would offer the participating school a payment plan as well. This option is recommended for schools allowing students to charge the software to student accounts. This option makes it possible for participants to use student loans and scholarships to cover the software/textbook expense.
The Process
The school allows students, faculty, and staff to take advantage of the Academic Discount Program once per semester. Each participant fills out an enrollment form on our website specifically designed for the school. The contact person (or someone designated by the contact person) validates each participant's eligibility for the program. Logos provides an approval web site for the contact person, and the contact person places an X next to each eligible participant. The Logos Academic Program Manager will process applications and coordinate delivery of products. Logos will register each participant as an “academic program member”.
Added Benefit
As an academic program member, students purchasing a Series X Library will have the benefit of obtaining deep discounts off additional Logos products and services during specific windows throughout the year until they graduate. Special promotions and educational benefits will be sent to participants by e-mail, and information will be available on the Logos Academic Programs website.
Annual Review
Schools enrolled in the Logos Group Purchase Program will advise Logos regarding group members who drop out, graduate or in any way become disqualified to participate in the program.
Enrollment outside of the enrollment window
There is no enrollment outside of the enrollment window.
